Request: Trading with COT Data

HI everyone,

Does anyone here know how to use the COT data to trade the spot Forex properly? if so, pls share your experience here. I have been trying to understand how the COT can help to trade Forex. So far, the information has just been quite confusing.

By the way, I found a very good site about the COT trading course offered by forexmentor team. Anyone here has it. pls share with us. Really appreciate that
