Re: Stomper EURGBP V.2

Guys do you have any updates of this EA?

What your forward tests have shown up to date?

On their (canadian company) site they call it

NEW! MetaTrader Expert Advisor "STOMPER EURGBP"

I'm just curious whether the consequence of Stomper versions was broken or it's just a mistake made there.

No problem!

I love sharing stomper!

h**p://slil.ru/27742276

That's really cool, mate! Thanks!

This is what they're selling on their website, right?

No updates so far?

Btw, were you happy enough to get a kind of manual or sets or whatever they supplied with it? I read other forum, people say they're optimising it's working hours almost every week. Otherwise it's a looser.

What is your suggestion, which params should we optimise to get it working for us?

Tnx in advance!

Re: Stomper EURGBP V.2

hi buddies,

It's very good EA in backtest, but in forward traidng it always says error : "wrong foot"!!

How can I correct this issue? [-o<

tnx

any answer?! :-ss[/quote:yutqq5fe]

Man, copy records from your trading jornal in Metatreyder to this thread, so people can help you better.

Btw, as for backests, they're likely could be curve fitted (it doesn't trade in "bad" days in the history).

At least I heard about this on one of the stompers or its clones. Beware to rely much on backtests.

APopovA, vadims60,

Thank you a lot guys for sharing, will put it under tests.

I consider '"stomper" in last upload is the old one 10k EA, and "e-stomper" 50K EA is anew one, stomper2, right, guys?

Re: Stomper EURGBP V.2

Dear friends,

I have the e-stomper, a version of stomper. I thinks the graphic above is related to him.

But I have one small doubt.

In relation of the time that it runs (Im running it on Alpari UK). The user Roberto said that it is 19 23, but what about the daylight hour. Do I have to correct it?

I hope you can help me.

Here is the difference between live server and demo server...same broker, same setting, same ea, different result (Here is for pair EURGBP m14,as the developer said)

Re: Stomper EURGBP V.2

sutanto, but that was just backtesting with live server data, not live trading, was it? Try stomper in live trading there and tell me.

Right,Pery. That's why I ask someone here if anyone here that already use stomper live? It's seems to be good, for the broker that gives fixed spread. How could we know if didn't do backtest? may be 60% result of backtest almost same with live result as so many factor included like requotes, spike, trade error, widen spread, etc.

I personally don't trust backtest, so use small lot for trading for strict money management.Trade is a probability game, that can be learned by mathematical and statiscal approach with good money management, and we must stay in the game to become a winner. never trust on any complicated indicator and don't trade like a gambler.
