yes it is, I just downloaded a few account I am testing, it even shows a graph of all accounts & their equity curves together, provides a breakdown of currencies & their performance! Its very neat!

o... I think I've seen a undergraduate Final Year Project doing the same thing...

(but that's not presented as a web service, and the project even has more analytical stuff.)
