This is good questions and I may say that answer is inside the forum. ;) There are experts that are profitable as MD,Shocker, fapt, poison robot, etc. They may have excellent back testing and demo trading but no so good live results ( at least for me). Very important part of FX trading is the broker, because if it does not provide you with correct conditions (spread,real price feed) even the best ea can lose constantly. The only reliable test is live trading. Also, something realing relevant to scalpers, how many people know that when you do a backtest the Tester takes the current spread for use during the whole test. So if you've got an Asian session scalper and you test it during the London session you'll get better spreads and results. There's a way around that but it's basically very misleading. I use ee_v2 version by Don. the logic which i'm using are: EURUSD=3 GBPUSD=4 USDCHF=4 USDCAD=1 EURCHF=2 EURGBP=3 USDJPY=4 EURJPY=1 (manual lot size, agressive=True, Recovery=False) and i trade with NordMarkets (GMT+1) happy trading :)>- Quote LAL: Laugh At Life it's too short to be sad.. Hi, I've never tried those brokers before. And about lot size, I can't advise anyone for this issue because it depends on person's risk acceptability, broker, and how much drawdown you can suffer with your account. But just in case i use from 0.1 to 0.3 lots on my 5000$ account.
