His system use certainly some pre-defined "CHART pattern" for recognition based on the study done on his forex followers.., One of his tool is a "currency meter". I uploaded few month ago a good book about how to analyse TF linked to the fact that Forex is a zero sum market... I don't know if some SM's minion decide to erase them -- link no more available, so ask someone else to upload it -- Futhermore, when he talk about his ability to PREDICT how a central bank will "play" -- > He must be joking ! Anticipated Volatility Indicator: This Forex indicator takes into account the particular time of day and forecasts the anticipated volatility over the next few hours. This indicator tells you WHERE to place your stop loss and take profit levels according to the anticipated volatility in the near future. Fundamental Bias Indicator: This Forex indicator compares each member of the currency pairs performance over a basket of related currency pairs. This tells you whether or not the odds are in your favor for the trade you are considering taking. Do you see how this trio of indicators but the odds in your favor? If current price is at a level where most traders are thinking sell, the performance of related pairs indicate this is the overall bias and anticipated volatility indicates a good risk to reward ratio… you can feel very confident in placing your sell trade. On the other hand… if all the odds are not in your favor, it is best to skip the trade and wait for things to line up. So, not only does this help you get into good trades, but keeps you out of bad ones as well. Essentially, you can trade less and make more. Caution: Why this is not a 100% accurate system! As you know by now, there is NO system that can be right 100% of the time. But this system predicts near future market action up to 89.4% accuracy. You would think with the advantages these indicators give, it should be 100%. But the problem is the unpredictability of the world in which we live. Natural disasters, unexpected news events or political turmoil can INSTANTLY change traders perception of the market… and these things cannot be predicted. So, under normal circumstances, the Behavioral Forex Systems works extremely well. The only problem it runs into is when something HUGE happens to change trader sentiment very quickly. (But this is really the same problem ALL trading systems share). NOTE: Since this system does a lot of comparisons between currencies and currency pairs, it is not intended to be used with all currency pairs. Also I find strange "his 89.4% accuracy". Why 89.4 %? It's seem to be for me a blackbox filled with stolen materials ... But that's just my opinion ... A tip for all of you thinking of buying a system or strategy: Whenever anybody offers a money back guarantee it's a marketing ploy. Studies have shown that when one is offered it increases sales by around 20% (I think) and yes there are always freeloaders who'll ask for their cash back but the point is this - the increase in sales versus the freeloaders is very worthwhile. The point to all of this - The fact that they're offering a money back means they're marketers first and foremost which means what you're buying is 98% of the time worthless.
