SamSammy, The original 3 part version posted by Lululee works fine.

Just download Part 1 from Post 1. Start the download and go to sleep or go watch TV etc. It will download....just takes awhile. I tried to upload it to 3 different hosts no luck..... Thanks

Just download it without the download manager....and it should download fine. from post 1 3 5 or 6(only has last 2 Parts) all are interchangeable. Thanks
