I was wondering if there is any major difference between NT8 versions 8.0 and 8.1? Would educated 8.1 still work the same as educated 8.0.28.0?

I deleted both BWT and Ablesys from my HD some time ago (NT7 release)....from my side it was just a waste of time....I understood they weren't the same
