  6. Kerry W Given, "Time is Money" English | ISBN: 1622877578, 1622877586 | 2015 | EPUB | 246 pages | 3 MB The new book, Time Is Money, comes from Kerry Given, the author of No Hype Options Trading, and he discusses the concept of non-directional trading. If you have some experience with options trading, you have probably heard the term, delta neutral trading. This is one of the buzzword phrases that has been used in marketing options trading education, trading alert services, and describing the strategies of hedge funds. Delta neutral does sound exotic - is this the trading secret I have been searching for? But we will see clearly in this book that there is no "secret" to options trading. Non-directional trading is a lesser known term and may be considered a subset of delta neutral trading. This book does an excellent job of distinguishing delta neutral trading from non-directional trading. These are not synonyms. The trader may use a delta neutral strategy because he is predicting a sideways price pattern or price movement within a modest sized channel. The delta neutral trade is just one choice among several options strategies. If the trader is bullish, he selects a bullish trade; if he is bearish, he selects a bearish trade. And if his prediction is for a sideways price movement, he selects a delta neutral trade. This trader is using a delta neutral trading strategy as a directional trade; it is based on the trader's prediction for the future price movement of the underlying stock or market index. The directional trader has a specific interest with particular knowledge about an individual stock or index and a prediction for its future value. Dr. Given distinguishes non-directional trading from delta neutral trading in one critically important way. If one is trading non-directionally, he develops a series of rules for entry, exit and adjustment of a delta neutral trading strategy and then enters and manages the position dictated by those rules month after month. He has made no prediction of the future; he just manages the position each day based on the market's price move that day. The trader is no longer predicting the market's next move tomorrow; the trader is reacting to what the market gives him today. The non-directional trader tries his best not to predict where the market is going tomorrow. Instead, he focuses on where the market is today and the actions his rules dictate. He follows the rules. This may seem like a fine distinction in semantics, but give Time Is Money a try. Focus on what the market is doing today and what your rules dictate. Throw away your crystal ball. About the Author - Kerry W. Given, Ph.D., is the founder of Parkwood Capital, LLC, a business that consists of stock and options coaching, a weekly newsletter, and two trading advisory services. Dr. Given is a co-founder of G&L Capital Management, LLC and manages the Theta Income Fund. Kerry speaks frequently at trading conferences and on behalf of several option brokerage firms. Kerry is the author of No Hype Options Trading, published by John Wiley and Sons. 7. Automated Trading with NinjaTrader + eBook .MP4 | Video: 1280x720, 30 fps® | Audio: AAC, 48000 Hz, 2ch | 1.01 GB Duration: 1.5 hours | Genre: eLearning | Language: English Learn how to automate strategies with NT7, Actual Code Included, No programming experience required! What you'll learn Students will be able to fully automate their current strategy. Course covers A-Z for taking a manual strategy and automating it for real time trading. Requirements Required to download the NinjaTrader7 Platform which is available for free on their website. Description Hi, my name is Bruce and I have been trading fully automated strategies in NinjaTrader7 since 2014. I originally got started by getting specific on my manual trading style by writing down the rules for entering, managing and exiting a trade. This allowed me to manually backtest my strategy by going back on the chart and looking to see where I would have gotten in and gotten out; this took hours! I spent months doing this by hand method and wanted to automate the process. Eventually I decided to learn how to enter my strategy into Ninja, this allowed me to automatically back test my strategy across years of data within seconds. However, as my strategies became more and more advanced I needed to learn how to write raw code in order to tell the computer to do exactly what I was thinking. By hardcoding my strategies from scratch I was able to advance my strategies to the next level. In this course I will take you from the beginning where I started, as a manual back tester trading from home, to a fully automated trader with an automated strategy running on a server near the exchange. I'll share with you all my strategies and code for duplicating my work. Nothing will be held back in this work! All you need is to set aside an hour a day to dedicate to watching the videos and following what I do on your computer at this same time. This is important for learning this type of work! Trust me! Don't bother multi-tasking, you'll want to follow along and code the examples by copying my work on the screen. If you are new to programming don't worry, I won't start off with simple example and then jump ten level ups like many other teachers do. It will be a gradual increase with no skills left behind. If you are a C# programmer already you will appreciate my advanced skillset in strategy creation and will hopefully be able to take your advanced coding skills to build on my work for your benefit and success. This is the great work I leave behind to all Ninja Traders out their as I prepare to move onto the next level of my automated trading. Bruce. Who this course is for: Traders that have a manual strategy and are interested in automating their strategy. ==================================================== LINKS ==================================================== xxx=www @=a https://[email protected]/file/45fk1xolediehc1/Automated_Trading_with_NinjaTrader_ +_eBook.part1.rar/file https://[email protected]/file/0bilb3i2nideqoi/Automated_Trading_with_NinjaTrader_ +_eBook.part2.rar/file https://[email protected]/file/9wdbecw7xrtsdo6/Automated_Trading_with_NinjaTrader_ +_eBook.part3.rar/file
