I crafted an EA for Diesel's Trend Pullback system using the posted rules.
 
I used the EtaSoft EA Generator which can be found here:

OK.. please read the following carefully..
 
In the file which I will provide you will find included:
 
1. The source code for the EA
2. The EtaSoft file which is used to build the EA
3. The DECOMPILED INDICATORS which MUST be used for the EA to work
 
The EtaSoft EA Generator is the best thing I've seen for making EAs, I highly recommend that you install it, load the ES file and see how it works.
This was an exercise as much as it was trying to make an EA for this method.
 
Please note that at the time of this posting I HAVE NOT CHECKED THE EA.
I've been physically working all day and have had a few cocktails. I'm tired. So sue me.
But I thought MAYBE SOME of you more ambitious types might want to fart around with this, find my mistakes and tweak it up into a real HI-OCTANE DIESEL-FUELED PIPDOZER.

Also, in order to eliminate false signals and choppy conditions, remember to always use the highly correlated pairs to confirm the trade. especially for Renko charts and the Range charts. They are very good at spotting the correlations among highly correlated pairs.
 
For example, if you trade EURUSD, you should also use the Range bar charts of GBPUSD and AUDUSD side by side for confirmation. All these three pairs are highly correlated and especially for Range bar charts, they should have the similar Range bar shapes, eliminating much noise of time-based charts.
 
So, only take the signals when all three correlated pairs have the similar trend/signal. In doing so, you should be able to eliminate a lot of false signals and avoid tons of choppy conditions.
 
Hope this helps. You can also use the inverse correlated pairs like USDCHF for confirmation, etc. A lot of screen time is needed to get a good feeling of avoiding choppy conditions eliminating false signals.
 
Also, if possible, try to trade only the Europe session and USA session when the liquidity and volatility are ample.

If the chart is the regular time-based chart, then you can use a higher time-frame to determine the main trend and only trade the lower time-frame in accordance with the higher time-frame.
 
In a non time-based system, like Range bar or Renko chart, you may want to use a 20-pips range bar (or higher) chart to determine your trend. I don't know this will work, but, put two range bar charts side by side: one with 10-pips range bar, and another with 20-pips range bar (or higher. may be 30-pips) and see what happens....
 
In addition, try to use a good "currency strength meter", to only trade two currencies with the biggest strength difference: i.e. Strongest currency paired with the weakest currency, which will eliminate all kinds of choppy conditions.

Today I share with my Indo friends my proprietary Trend Pullback System. I have been working on it for a long time and think it's pretty special. It is a range bar system and has the uncanny ability to often identify the exact bottom bar in a countertrend pullback and enter on the open of the next bar! From an entry standpoint, it doesn't get much better...

I am happy to share with you all. I have a top level coder who I will be paying to potentially create an EA starting
Thursday. I hope that you all will take a close look at this system and suggest improvements. Particularly I am interested in things like Trade Management and filtering of bad signals. Any ideas appreciated. Now is the time to do it, before the EA specialist begins. Oh, by the way, if it works out OK, I will be sharing the EA to all the folks here with my compliments so let's make this the best system ever !

Try installing it in the root directory rather than in program files area. I had same problem and putting it in root directory sorted it.

Irongraham, I actually use the TDI as an additional confirmation and I use the original setup. Coincidentally, I have plotted the Forex Rebellion with the original settings and the entry points are almost EXACTLY the same as the Seven Summits. With the additional confirmation from the TDI (from Comp***fx Synergy program and available for free) I can enter a pip or 2 beyond the low or high of the first candle to cross the 5 EMA. I do use the 75 EMA also but only as a flat market indicator; I will trade against it if it looks good. This is still my favorite program and with my tweaks, it is deadly. Hope this helps.
