"How to think like a professional" is better quality & easier to follow the principles he teaches. What he drives home is that you do not know the outcome of any one single trade that you place, but over a series of trades the positive expectancy of your system or "edge" will show itself and the percentage of winning trades will prove that edge over a series of trades. You cannot tell ahead of time what trades are going to be winners or Losers. Fear of Loss causes Hesititation, taking profits too early, holding onto losses etc. Concentrate on the process of trading & not the outcome of each trade.

I think you can't download via the free download as file size is over 400MB. I think you have to join the premium service, cheapest is $9 for 30 days.

Basically a numbers game. Conversion rates are typically 2-3 % for marketing. The bigger the email list you have the better the returns. That is why you find a lot of them have an email catchment page when they give you some indicator, or pdf "free". Recommending other peoples products (affiliate marketing) is another way these guys make money.

Well it just goes to show how much screentime you need to master this field.

Basically he says that to be a master in any field, it doesn't just boil down to ability, it takes the perfect environment, a master trainer/mentor and many hours of practice in that discipline. It is mentioned somewhere about 10,000 hours of practice was required for him to be the best in his craft. If you are trading about 2 hours a day, that would equate to about 3 years of trading experience.
