I just put the educated DLL into the NT8/bin/custom folder. Then I compiled once in ninjascript editor to make sure there is no issue with any library. I am using educated NT 8.1.5.2.

I think that's because you need to enable it from the custom UI as by default it will be off when you start the strategy. The developper would need to add toggles for autoX, long/short etc from the input parameters to allow backtesting.

I managed to find a workaround for this. I just need to copy only the DLL files (not the cs files) in the bin/custom folder. Compile once in Ninjascript editor and the indicators are available.

Thanks for pointing this out. Sometimes, I forget to try that method and it does work after copying the files directly to bin/custom folder. Thanks a lot. I will try with other packages where I got the same error.

Unfortunately, same error on edu NT 8.1.5.2 saying it is not compatible due to lower version used by the add-on.

I think people should be thankful to our educators who are doing for free and are handling so many requests. They also need to sleep and do other stuffs

I don't think that exists, unfortunately. TradingView is web based and all indicators/strategies are loaded dynamically from AWS. There is a lot of obfuscation in all js code. Maybe our educator could try to educate the Windows application of TV but it seems just to be a frontend application, similar to a browser.

Can try on regular NT 8.1.5.2? I know it's annoying uninstall and install different NT versions on same PC

Yes, I just extracted the entire zip content (.cs and .dll) into the /bin/Custom folder. Is it compiled for an older version on NT? Mine is educated 8.1.5.2

Thank you for your hard work. But it wont work on my NT 8.1.5.2. It says incompatible version when I try to import. I havent tried to copy the DLL directly to the bin/custom folder yet.
