I can't speak for anyone else, but every time I message him (except when he is sleeping) he gets back to me ASAP and when I want to upgrade he does it right there and then. I have gotten a bunch of stuff from him and we have a good rapport. Maybe that's why.

What settings do you have on the super smoother and which timeframes?

I have gotten stuff from all 3. Jhon is great, only thing I dont like is the installer stuff. Val is really good, the only thing is that he wants to charge for updates. I have never had an issue with Rohit. He updates stuff free of charge, even helped me fix my NT8 after I messed it up installing something. If I had to pick anyone, I'd pick jhon and Rohit before Val.
