maybe you didn't download some of the zips successfully. It happened to me before, when there is connection problems, browser finishes the download without downloading the file completely. Please compare the size of each zip file to the size shown on the download link. And make sure the number of zips is 14.

no decrypt code needed. I use keka to unzip on mac. On windows, maybe try 7zip?
