    Re: How to prevent fatigure or boredom when trading Treat it as a business. Come to work at the same time each day. Take a lunch each day and leave work at the same time each day. Do this even though your "workplace" is onle a few feet away from the couch at your home. If you don't so this you will surely burn out in no time flat. Yes it is OK to sometimes put in some "overtime". But remember, this is a job, not your life. IMHO....
