As I said if you have a Major hardware change in your computer your machine ID most likely change, the guy did not say he did not change anything, he said I sorted it out, meaning he could have a chance of a major hardware change, or a major firmware change. But minor changes doesn't change your machine ID.

I dont think they are hiding. I think it is locked up to their own ID so they think it's not doable. But anyway, haven't had a chance to sit down with these d/t family emergency. Give them a whirl.
