It can be used for News trading also. Just watch out the signal i think 1 hour before the news take place.

I did that in last night for EU. I gain $1.40 but stop out because it hit my breakeven setting. If I never have that breakeven, it will be more.

If you have time, please take a look at this posting as well.. Asking for experts to help to program it into EA.

this is a very good indicator to be in the right directions of the trend always, it reduces your losses, great yarman

I loaded this tool on mt4 it only showed an empty sep-window

On bottom line of the indicator properties, click on to open and insert the following numbers: 6303590

and everything should be OK

Gladis Night summerized how WJQ traded with this indicator (from the original FF forum) some comments I added:

1. Find pair of currencies one strong (+1 or better) one weak (-1 or lower) during asia session. This pair should move again during London session.

2. Mark a vertical line at that point when they get under or above (-1 and 1)

3. Draw Fib retracement from swing High/Low to that point

4. Wait for the retracement to 38.2 or 61.8

5. check Stoch for overbought / sold (helps not to get in too early if fib levels doesnt hold and breaks - check price action as well)

6. Entry with SL other side of fib line

7. Target, Draw Fib expansion 1st target 61.8, 2nd target 100

8. 100% retracement can signal reversal so apply steps 2 -7

Actually, this bring me to why I need an EA for this. I think it is workable. Also, I have very limited time in trading & miss lots of trades.

Then once it crosses again, i close it & open another new trade in a different direction. Got chicken out & close it manually at -0.05 in M1

If I have not exit, i definitely would have get so much pips later on.

So that's y all the more I feel I need EA . Too much feeling involved in live trading (All the trades are live)....

Anyway, from 4th Jan onwards, I will continue to try this theory of mine in M1 with the limited time I have in trading.

I think this indicator is very good. Can traded naked .... (I mean no other indicator involved)

How do you get it so you only have two of the currency lines. E.G. if Eur/USD pair just the Euro Line and the USD line? chank

On my indicator I have like 7-8 lines and it is hard to read. Any help will be appreciated

@petewright,

bring the indicator up on the chart to see the property-tabs like Common, Inputs, Colors, Levels.

Click on Colors.

Choose color "NONE" for those lines you don´t want to see on your chart.

Keep "Aqua" for EUR

and "White" for USD

Close the indicator-property and you will only see EUR and USD lines.

Actually, I select the colour "none". Cos u see can see black colour "crosses" the colour line.

Is there anyone who could possibly code in a cross alert?

I.e. You run a chart and pick the two currencies you want alerted to when they cross each other by chance?

;) yes Yarman that would be a great addition to indicator what I have done is place all combination pairs on different charts just as chankl78 had & then 1 chart with all 7 to trade highest & lowest enjoy & many GREEN PIPS in 2010 :P

:-bd forgot to mention on chart with all currency on indicator I do not use CAD but to make it easy to identify cross I drag indicator window 1 up to fill entire screen very easy on EYES hope this help 8-)

;) have just added levels to indicator = 0.0 * +1 * -1 may make it easier to identify up OR down areas at what stage they are at to do this open indicator click indicator click edit select levels then click on add & put in what ever level U want next level click add again etc etc 8-)

This is my 1 chart to see everything.. Like what Yarman did.

So that I know which currencies to trade.

For me, I look for pairs that is low spread, which is going to cross in M1.

It is so interesting to see so many people which so many methods to trade with this indicator.

Looks like we can get green pips in 2010 .... Hahah...

How I wish now, the market is open too!!! I want to test out new things & methods.

I only know how to code basic things but do not know how to create an EA.
