The minimal deposits are as follows: Micro accounts - 5 USD Standard account - 25 USD Unlimited account - 1000 USD You can deposit by PerfectMoney, LibertyReserve or Webmoney. No, because it is not required on micro accounts, they are not ecn/stp, so there can be no level II. However, it is offered on Unlimited accounts.
