Best option is setup browser based chat room within this website, forget about IRC, Paltalk, skype or other external rooms. reason being, it is troublesome to require to load some software just to chat, it will die in a short while. and also those external chatrooms have tons of garbage ads and phyco who will raise hell. it is hard and not easy to manage.
