forexkings Posted February 12, 2010 Report Share Posted February 12, 2010 OK. Forex Profit Monster is not for me. In average it wins 1 out of every 3 trade only. Though, when it wins it wins 3 times the risked amount. However, this win/loss ratio is not acceptable for me for a successful trading system. You can make money with it on a million Dollar account with fixed lots traded as it actually gains more pips that it loses in the long run, but this is not the way you start out in the forex business. The proper way to start out is more like you don't trade much demo, but open a real account with something like $100 or even $20 and trade live from start. Risk no more than 5% of your account on a trade. But when you stat out small, you need a good win/loss ratio. It's more important than the risk/reward ratio, though ideally both should be in your favor. So, what system or strategy can you recommend me which is better than Forex Profit Monster?
