smartguy Posted July 12, 2019 Author Report Share Posted July 12, 2019 Here in the USA it looks like the book is 39.95 + 8.00 Shipping until 7-14-19 then book goes up to full price of 79.95 + 8.00 shipping. This gets you PDF version immediately, and the hard copy sent to you when they are printed and released in Sept (that's the reason for the shipping).
