  • crude oil market profile/volume profile

    I'm wondering if there are any crude oil futures traders here that use volume profile/market profile

    Do you have any advice on how to setup TPO/volume profile charts. What time to start the profile? From reading Dalton books, it was my understanding that back in the day it would be at market open. But since the markets are basically all day now, would the charts start at the euro session or US session?

        Normally ( but i am not a specialist ) the OPEN sessions are Japan/ China / Australia /HK / SG singapor ---------> Europa ( Frankfurt / London / Paris ) --------------> USA.......

        Since some weeks, London has lost its 1st place on the Financial Markets, being replaced by NY

        The Bottom Line

        New York overtook London and assumed first place in the index. Because of the ongoing uncertainties caused by Brexit, New York is likely to retain its number one spot for the next few years.

          most volume is trade around the cash session. It are the old pit open and close times. There not many anymore in the pits this days. But this time has still the biggest volume. Crude oil when she trends works verry good with renkobars especially to let it ride
