Just press Ctrl+D inside metastock, and you can activate 'Downloader'. alternatively, you can access ' downloader' from [Drive ]:\Program Files (x86)\Equis\The DownLoader\Dlwin.exe Once active, you can select from Menu = Tools->Convert and many options would come up to convert from ascii /csv to metastock etc., Trust, above solves your issues.
