gadfly Posted May 15, 2016 Report Share Posted May 15, 2016 (edited) Yes, TOS offers free trading tools for which other services charge hundreds of dollars a month and they all work on their simulated trading platform I've been told that with a vpn service and a little ingenuity you can open a TOS account anywhere. I live in an authorized region so have had no need to try this myself.
