Added proper Money Management to the program and GMT settings to make it easier to use. Added 4 and 5 digit support. Added Improved Chart Comments Added Trade Days If you turn on MM then lot size is ignored. With MM enabled and small account, it will try to open a micro lot, which is not allowed... the MM should check the minimum lot size.
