Is Paypal and option here for mode of Payment? It doesn't say anywhere.

I think that the way a broker handles withdrawal says a lot about a broker and its reliability. For example, Amarkest advertises its card issued together with ePayService. But this card does not exist, and the company simply hoodwinks its customers. They provide its traders not a branded card, but a common standard card.
