metal1713006284 Posted July 8, 2011 Report Share Posted July 8, 2011 Hi I purchased the 3 (stocks, futures and fores) and it signaled a sell yesterday for usd/jpy. I looked at it today and it was a gain of 700 dollars, I don't know if it is a fluke, but I did great on papertrading in forex. Regarding the stock software, I found one of the symbols don't appear in USA stocks so I don't know how careful they with the data. He could have just said that he didn't have the time, or my opinion, that it was over his head and moved on. Hi! Since TradeMiner is ***NOT*** a MetaTrader EA or Indicator, I find it useless. I only work with MetaTrader as trading platform. Decompiling and analyzing DLL-files takes a lot more time than doing the same miw compiled mq4-files for MetaTrader. And unfortunately, I don't have that spare time to do it. Good luck anyway. Seasonal patterns are very accurate BUT, you cannot trade with stops to achieve the extremely high winning percentages associated with these kinds of statistical anomalies. For a more respected vendor of this kind of trading refer to mrci.com. Interesting results; 1. how did you confirm the trades Peglegtrading? 2. did you use a stop order plus 10 pips for your entries once you confirmed on the Daily chart the direction of the trade? did you also use a trailing stop when in the trade? 3. if you knew ahead of time using Trademiner as a Fundamentals research tool to help confirm and reassure what your primary technical indicators confirmed , did you increase the leverage...as if the Fundamental/Seasonal Cycle is known ahead of time and your primary Technical indicators or system confirms the trade predicted, would it not be better to increase the trade lots by a manageable increments to ensure less trades but bigger profits? kind regards, DBG Edited January 24, 2012 by dbg Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
