    Simple equation:

    Lots = Profit/Pips (by 5 decimal places)

    So...
    Lots = 5/200
    Your lot size is 0.025

    But I feel that is too large for a $100 account...
    Another equation:
    Lots = (Capital*risk)/stoploss

    Let's say you're risking 2% with an SL of 20pips (200 by a 5-digit broker)
    Lots = (100*0.02)/200
    Lots = 0.01

    Now maybe you're using a greater risk threshold like 5% at 20pip SL or a tighter SL like 8pips at 2% risk so 0.025 lots may be viable depending on you.
    But these two equations are basic cornerstones for Money Management.

    As for ping, port forward your MetaTrader terminal.
