Despite y'day's resumption of decline fm last

week's 1.4521 top to 1.4156 (NY), subsequent strg

rebound to 1.4248 suggests a temp. low has been for

med there n choppy sideways trading is seen in Asia

with mild upside bias but 1.4300 wud hold fm here.

For st trade, buy on dips for 1.4250 or sell if

euro rises to 1.4280 1st for 1.4230.

1.4220 / 1.4250

R: 1.4262/1.4299/1.4350

S: 1.4207/1.4156/1.4103

Despite euro's brief but strg retreat fm y'day's

high of 1.4245 to 1.4129 in Asia, current rebound

suggests 'choppy' sideways trading wud continue n

abv 1.4175 may bring gain to 1.4206 but said res

shud cap upside n yield another decline later.

 

Wud be prudent to exit short n stand aside. Below

1.4129 extends marginally but 1.4092 sup wud hold.

to a one-month high of 1.4696 in o/n NY session n

minor consolidation is envisaged in Asian morning,

outlook remains mildly bullish for gain to 1.4696/

00, abv needed to extend gain to 1.4715/20 later.

 

Still favour buying on dips n only firm break of

1.4648 sup signals temp. top is made, risks 1.4602.
