Hermes Sure it works, I am living testimonial to this. Last week I took part in a trading contest using purely trend runner as my method and finished 14th, increasing my demo account from 10,000 to 14,400 in a week. Won $20 as the 14th prize. Acerinvest Posted May 20, 2013 Report Share Posted May 20, 2013 Good to hear of a strategy that works for a change. Has anyone won any real money using this? Demo accounts are a good place to practice but I have had several experiences of doing well on a demo account only to lose heavily when working with real money. I do admit that it is harder not to let emotion get in the way when real money is involved but the dynamics do also seem to differ in favour of the broker i.e. the closing of a trade seems to go slow if a winning trade such that either the win is diminished or turned into a loss because of the delay whereas a losing trade seems to close very quickly.
