I'd similar issue where ADMIN rights were restricted, but when i did it on my home PC, where single user is there, it just happened, and is still working. Application Data is hidden folder in c:\documents & setting\<USER>\ApplicationData FFRT- Once you run the Bronze version, there will be replica of RAMP8 folder here, and at this place you have to apply the patch.
