Delta Graphic Director Forex Software

Hi:

I want to share this software to analyze forex market with friends here at Indo_investasi. I don't know how to use it yet, so please don't ask me how it works. I am hoping someone already using this software who can teach us, or anyone willing to dig in and share the knowledge with everyone here.

The idea is to wait and enter when the market tells you the turn has been made. This software tells us when... :-$

On the chart of the British Pound, this simple trading system made 12 trades; 8 profit trades and 4 loss trades. The total Profit was $11,650.00. The total Loss was $3.350.00. The Profit was $8,300.00.

Just install using exe file. Then, do not open the program at the end of the installation. Go to programs\trend\ and replace DGDIR.exe with same file in Crack_DGDIR folder. Start program.

You'll need to save data from one of MT4 platform ASCII format.

 

I don't have manual. So, this is where we should dig in and share how we can use this software. :)

I was able to install and get data imported, but when I open a chart it is blank, any ideas?

It's work for me too using .prn files.chart apperead but funny thing is when used the turning point tab,it always pop up saying that commodities not found even though selection made on fx currency.....will try to explore more....

how to import data from meta4?...please tell me

About:

The delta phenomenon is based on the fact that charts repeat themselves in patterns on a particular timescale (different for every instrument). They either repeat identically, or inverse. The delta works out times when the patters are likely to repeat themselves. These should be major turning points.

Also make sure to check the output you save, and specify the correct date format (AlpariUK.prn = YYYYMMDD) and whether the time is included in the row or not (AlpariUK = yes <tick bottom right>)

 

It only worked for me when I exported Daily Data to a *.prn file, and set the options as above.....

Hi Friends, Would you post step by step process? I think it may help many traders here who aren't computer savvy. :)

When you find the way, would you post it here step by step process? I start this thread, so that we can learn to use the system and find the way to spot the reversal, etc. If this method can help, it would be great tool for all of us. If I know how to use this, I would do just that, but I am haven't had a chance to explore :)

I am getting same thing. I used correct type of date format and still same. I may try .pm method like others suggested.

Thanks for this great post, but the turning points (int, med, long term) doesn't work..... the couting point 1,2,3,4,etc...furthermore it works so far i can see

Yeah, I hope someone can show us all 'how to"...[-O<

I try to explain it as simple as i can since my English not so good....

 

1. make sure after you installed the software,do not run it first.copy and paste the crack ( exe file ) into your c/program files /trend/DGDIR.

 

2. ensure that you attached any indicator that can export data from your mt 4.In this case i'm using mt4data indicator and giving me .prn format

 

3.for the first time when you run the software,it will prompt a window asking details on your data format.

a. select data type : ascII data

b. AscII data options : yyyymmdd

c. file extension : prn

d. record : time is in record

e. browse to folder : your mt 4 folder /experts / files

f. setup/select item : select the fx currency you want it to be appear

 

**** you can also get to the setting by click at file( top left ) then data type

 

**** for step 3, i think it depends on your data export format in mt4.the setting i'm using is working for me.

 

4. You get the blank chart,look at your middle area there is one drop window tab.When you click it,drop window will give

all the fx currency after your select it in step 3.Click any of that.

 

5. Your chart should apprear.

 

As for me....the turning point function ( ref to the picture attached by thread owner having like turning line), still failed.

 

I hope this step can help those you still having problem to get chart appear.

I have got both Metastock format and MT4 (as noted above) to chart well. The trouble is the turning points do not show. You can go to delta setup and select your currency pair (say the top one, 30. Australian Dollar) but it will not generate the delta points on the chart for any time period....and unless you can get these...it is all a bit of a waste of time I'm afraid

i still use an older version of the DG software and not the version from post #1.

If i click on the Delta Setup button, a window opens that is shown in the gif and i can choose the “Underlying” (e.g. EURUSD) i`m interested in:

If this is not possible, something with the “Crack” is wrong.

 

Then click under “chart” the “Delta Grid Line” feature to get the vertical colour lines also.

Everything works smoothly except these turning points... Anybody with success?

Ah, now it works, now just have to get turning point to work. I wasn't choosing time is in record.

Thank you very much guys for helping everyone to get the chart going by using free datafeed, such as MT4. :) It works nicely!

 

TCI system shows on Dec 29th, to enter at 1.3200 and exit at SAR @ 1.3300. It looks as it is going to be drop a bit and continue to move up according to the study. I am still toying around with what it all means.

Delta software is working ,I do renamethe data file according to list in clist.csv , so eurusd become CU EURUSDm_D1.prn .

BUT the delta setup do not show up also
